Kristin Arnold, CSP, CPF, CMC Kristin J. Arnold, CMC, CPF, CSP helps corporations, government and non-profit organizations achieve extraordinary results. With years of team-building and facilitation experience, Kristin specializes in coaching executives and their leadership, management and employee teams, particularly in the areas of strategic, business and project planning, process improvement, decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving. Specialty An accomplished author and editor of several professional articles and books, as well as a featured columnist in The Daily Press, a Tribune Publishing newspaper, Kristin is regarded as an expert in team development and process improvement techniques. Experience Over the past ten years, Kristin has also served the US Coast Guard Reserves as an internal consultant using the Baldrige criteria for performance excellence as an organizational self-assessment tool. Kristin has facilitated numerous workshops to educate leadership on the benefits and uses of the Baldrige criteria, evaluate their organizational management systems and develop plans to improve performance. She was also instrumental in helping CG Training Center Yorktown develop a balance scorecard of performance measures based on Baldrige requirements. Education Kristin graduated with high honors from the US Coast Guard Academy. She also earned an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. She holds the following certifications: Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants, Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM) from the National Bureau of Certified Consultants, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from the International Association of Facilitators and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) from the National Speakers Association.
