Teaching Young Kids Dollars and Sense

Not additive, it is the math curriculum for that grade
This proven educational initiative is different from other programs which are additive to the regular math curriculum, placing teachers in the difficult position of deciding what not to teach to make time for financial literacy. Developed in partnership with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, this regular math curriculum engages students 7 to 14 with an animated series featuring Warren Buffett as a cartoon character who mentors students through entrepreneurial and life adventures. There is also an online comic book created by Archie Comics. No stone has been left unturned!
Challenging students to start and run their own businesses
The accompanying Grow Your Own Business Challenge (GYOB) is an annual national entrepreneurship contest that offers a real-world challenge for these young students. GYOB finalists enjoy all-expenses-paid trips to Omaha and lunch with Buffet himself, plus shares of Berkshire Hathaway B-class stock. The two top contestants each win $5000USD.
