Candidate Comparison Worksheet

Each time a HermanCheckStart report is printed, a Candidate Comparison Worksheet is printed also. Assessments should never be the sole factor in making hiring decisions. Good assessment information is an important part of the performance picture for any candidate, but other elements are also important. The Candidate Comparison Worksheet provides a simple form for capturing some of that other information. Use of this worksheet allows the interviewer or hiring manager to generate relative numerical rankings for a number of job candidates across a range of various criteria.
