After You Order
You will receive an email within 24 hours with their account, login instructions and passwords. you will go to a login page where you will enter your supplied passcodes. See System Requirements.

Participants
After logging in with the supplied passcode the participant will fill out the participant information form and proceed to the actual assessment. After completing the assessment, the participant is thanked for their cooperation and they are finished. An email is automatically generated to notify the company that the participant has completed the assessment.

Administration
After logging in with the supplied passcode, you can view a list a participants who have completed the assessments and run various reports and interview questions on those participants. Several administrative tasks can be completed here, including searching for participants, changing participant information, adding participants, and even deleting participants. If the participant is not able to take the assessment online a printed version (see below) of the assessment form can be completed by the participant. You can enter their answers online and then run various reports and interview questions on the participant..
